 xp 使用者

1. windows 使用者按 "開始" 

2. 找到"執行"

3. 把 指令 %appdata%\skype  直接貼上, 按 enter 

4. 找到 檔案 shared.xml. ,  刪掉!

5. 重新開啟 skype, 解決!

Win 7 使用者

1. windows 按"開始"

2. 直接在開始功能列底下的"搜尋列" 輸入 %appdata%\skype

3. 找到skype 資料夾

4. 找到 shared.xml 刪掉

5. 重新啟動 skype , 解決!

2. Type the following and click OK.

3. Locate and delete the file shared.xml.
